Staff Update!

A huge well done to Natalie for passing her Level 2 Credit Control & Collections qualification with the CSA. 🎉

Natalie joined us in 2024 as our first apprentice since Covid (no pressure…), and she’s absolutely smashed it. She took on a whole new industry, powered through the learning curve, and never once backed down when things got tricky.

She’s grown in confidence so much and is now a proper part of the team, and a bit of a go-to when it comes to commercial recoveries. If money’s gone missing, Natalie somehow knows exactly where to look.

Really proud of you, Nat. Very well deserved 👏
